Refund policy
- All sales are final and non-refundable
- If item is defective and/or broken please contact tccoperations@tccollection.org within 30 days from the day of purchase; include: name, order number, and a picture/video of the broken item and new item will be shipped to the same provided address.
- Defective/Broken items will be exchanged, unfortunately no refunds.
